ek satoli is my dream of creating a snug little corner in the mountains that provides homemade goodness & comfort. In this sunny and sometimes snowy corner of the Himalayas I make every dish from scratch with quality ingredients but since we’re living 6000 feet above seal level, that doesn’t happen quickly.

So if you’re game for kicking back and enjoying a leisurely meal, drop in anytime but if not, I would suggest placing a pre-order for a smoother experience! If you’re 4 or more, a heads up would be really nice so that we can fuss over your meal prep – because we kind of like doing that.
